Take the existing Radio Rentals website, and create a Kiosk optimised (iPad) version. Provide Customers with the ability to request more information about a product, provide store feedback, and request a call back when the store is busy.
The Thorn Group wanted to provide stores with an extra set of hands to manage product enquiries during peak hours, while at the same time provide information on the entire product range without having to house every product.
WHAT WE DID
- Created a new Kiosk storefront
- Worked with design partner to simplify UI/UX and make appropriate for Kiosk goals
- Integrate with existing internal platforms
- Provided all recommendations for hardware/software
Across the stores the Kiosk has been implemented in, the Thorn Group have noted an increase in enquiries that go beyond the standard footfall traffic and a reduction in basic product questions due to the information being available in the kiosk.
