DOOLEYS were limited by their UI/UX on an ageing platform, that wasn't providing their users with a cross-device experience. The challenge for this project was to take away those barriers and provide a website that was going to add value to both the business and customers.
DOOLEYS had noted a drop off in website key metrics across various touch points which was impacting on customer engagement and their ability to be innovative due to the limitations. The day to day management of content and marketing was also becoming laborious due their existing platform.
