ADMA's website was suffering from a variety of performance and behaviour issues. This was impacting on both the team responsible for maintaining the website and visitors to the site. Playhouse was presented with the challenge of overcoming these problems in a timely manner.
ADMA had recently launched their new website and were looking to work with a partner that could provide technical support but add value through consulting around eCommerce and Salesforce.
WHAT WE DID
- Worked with Acquia to determine a number of "quick wins' for performance
- Worked with ADMA to determine "priority" for the tasks
- Using Sprints, delivered on the "quick wins" to an agreed schedule
- Resolved a number of underlying Salesforce integrations impacting on orders via the site
ADMA has experienced an increase in site performance, stability, connectivity with Salesforce which in turn has had a positive impact on the ADMA team managing the website.
